After a long and storied path as a golf professional, Martin started the Tour Striker Golf Academy in the Spring of 2011 and it has become one of the most successful Golf Academy and Coaching Programs in North America.
Quickly becoming one of the World's most prominent coaches, Martin Chuck developed his love and talent for the game of golf north of the border in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Like most kids from Canada, ice hockey was Martin's first sporting love. It wasn't long before the allure of golf took hold. Like any true outlier in his given profession, Martin found himself in the shadow of two of the World's best ball strikers and Canadian Legends, Moe Norman and George Knudson. "The time spent around George and Moe was invaluable and back then, I didn't realize how truly special of an opportunity it was." says Chuck. "I was able to watch, witness and in the case of Mr. Knudson, work for one of the best ball strikers of all-time. I started as a teaching assistant for Mr. Knudson 30 years ago. I guess I owe him for my overnight success as an instructor!"
Martin has consulted and taught PGA Tour Winners, Ryder Cup, President's Cup and Major Champions. Martin is not a traveling Tour Coach. His preference is to stay home with his family and help Amateur golfers improve their games. During summer months, escaping the heat of Phoenix, he takes his family and Tour Striker Golf Academy on the road to various facilities in the US, Canada and abroad.
Along the way, he owes a debt of gratitude to all the coaches who have helped him gain a greater knowledge of the game, including; Mike Hebron, Ben Doyle, Brian Manzella, Mark Evershed, Mike LaBauve, Herb Wimberly, Ben Kern, Mike Bennett, Andy Plummer, Joe Mayo, Aaron Olson, Jeff Ritter and Peter Croker, to name but a few.
Courtney developed a love for the game of golf at an early age. Her father is a Class A PGA Professional, and his passion for the game encouraged her to become an elite competitor and coach.
She had a successful amateur and professional career, competing for the University of Arkansas as well as on various professional golf tours including the LPGA Symetra Tour. Throughout her competitive experience she found her passion for the game included introducing people of all ages to the game of golf. Additionally, she has played a role in inspiring women and young girls to embrace the sport.
Mahon contributes her successes as an instructor to her past experiences as a collegiate and professional golfer, as well as her time as a division one collegiate coach. She has studied under multiple accomplished top ranked instructors including Martin Chuck, Aaron Olson, Stan Thirsk and her lifelong coach, her father, Charlie Mahon.
Mahon is currently an LPGA golf instructor with the Tour Striker Golf Academy at the Raven Golf Club in Phoenix, Arizona and serves as the Lead instructor under Martin Chuck for the Tour Striker Golf Academy. Mahon is in high demand for the summer months as she escapes the Phoenix heat. For the previous two summers she has been serving as a Head Instructor for Nike Junior Golf Camps in Pebble Beach California, in conjunction with traveling to coach various Tour Striker Golf Academies across the west coast with Martin Chuck.
Jim is from the small town of Fairbury, Nebraska. This is his third year instructing at The Tour Striker Golf Academy. In 2009 he received his degree from the Golf Academy of America in Chandler, Arizona. He credits his coaching skills from learning from top coaches Andrew Patnou, Aaron Olson, Martin Chuck and Jeff Ritter.
"I have improved my teaching skills and knowledge tremendously and love to share my knowledge with every level of player," notes Jim. Besides his Staff Instructor designation at The Tour Striker Golf Academy, Jim works at Pebble Beach during the summers coaching at the Nike Junior Golf Camp. Jim competes successfully in long drive competitions and won the Arizona Championship Series in May of 2014 with a drive of 426 yards! His fastest club head speed recorded is 147 miles per hour!
Improving the games of golfers each and every day is what drives Jim. Keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed but also educational and goal orientated is Jim's specialty.
Mike grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona just two hours north of the Tour Striker Golf Academy. As a kid, he was constantly involved in numerous sports teams and it was clear early on that he loved competing on all stages. It wasn’t until his junior year of high school that he decided to become more serious with golf. Upon doing so, he was fortunate enough to earn a college golf scholarship and compete on teams qualifying for 3 National Championship Tournaments.
After earning and undergraduate degree in Psychology, Mike went on to earn a graduate degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology. Soon after completion, he joined his first golf school, where he was able to put his education into application. As an Assistant with the Vision54 Golf School, Mike enjoyed the opportunity to learn the performance tools used by some of the best players in the world. In addition to his application of Performance Psychology, Mike also utilizes functional movement screens from the Titleist Performance Institute to aid in his coaching.
Above all else, Mike considers himself a Mental Coach. His coaching principles are rooted in the science of Peak Performance and as such include the additional elements that facilitate player performance. His holistic approach looks to empower the player to self-reference their game in the areas of physical, mental, technical, and emotional development and management.
Brett has been serving golfers all over the world for over 25 years. He and Martin became good buddies shortly after they both graduated from New Mexico State University's Professional Golf Management Program. Upon graduation, Brett served as an assistant golf pro at a couple of private clubs in the midwest, then shifted his focus to teaching golf. Moving south to Atlanta, Georgia in 1998, he helped oversee the opening and operation of two GolfTEC learning centers.
In 2000, Brett spiced up his international tastes and accepted a contract at the Discovery Bay Golf Club in Hong Kong. This ultimately led to an opportunity to play professionally where he returned to Atlanta and competed on the 2001 NGA/Hooters Tour while flying back overseas for a few Asian PGA Tour events as well.
Over the past 14 years, Brett has continued coaching golfers of all abilities and building quite the travel resume. He ran the golf program onboard the Star Princess Cruise Ship in the Caribbean during 2007 and traveled down under for a short contract in Brisbane, Australia in 2011. He runs Mobile Golf Events, a business that specializes in corporate golf events and mobile learning experiences and he manages the Sales & Customer Service for Tour Striker Training Products. Brett also travels with Martin to some of the Tour Striker Golf Academies. If you live in the southeast, you can connect with Brett in Atlanta, Georgia.

Thomas is a Class A Master Teaching Professional designation under the PGTAA in California. He added to his credentials by studying under Bobby Clampett (PGA), earning Impact Zone Golf’s Advanced 1 designation and has studied Martin Chuck to no end, gaining tremendous insight into golf instruction and learning.
"I’ve queried over and again, ‘What is the modern golf swing?’” Hawk asks. “This is a concept that continues to evolve – almost daily, and Martin Chuck’s conceptions of how the body works to produce a sound golf swing have inspired me tremendously. Golf is a complicated game and I continually strive to help the student understand what they are doing, rather than simply giving direction. ‘Understanding’ is the key to anyone improving their swing dynamics and their entire game.quot;
Traveling throughout Switzerland (his base) and abroad allows Thomas a host of international golfer experiences. “It may seem obvious, but given climate, terrain, and cultural differences, - and not to mention its own evolution within different countries – golf is viewed differently within the international community,” says Hawk. “My goal is to provide the understanding every golfer can then use to develop a dynamic golf swing and game whatever the environmental situation.”
