TOUR STRIKER RETURN POLICY
Tour Striker offers a 30-day money back guarantee! If any Tour Striker product does not improve your game, Tour Striker will exchange or refund the product purchase price for items purchased through our call center or website within 30 days of product receipt. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective merchandise. All returns require a return authorization and are subject to a restocking fee of $14.95.
Please call our customer service department at 805-595-4035 or email us for a Return Authorization Number. If you email Tour Striker for a RA number you must submit a reason for the return. The Return Authorization number is used to efficiently process your order after we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse. The RA number is valid 15 days from the date issued.
RETURN SHIPPING
UPS ground shipping will be covered by Tour Striker on warranty and defective returns only. Customers are responsible for shipping all returned merchandise back to Tour Striker. Customers are requested to appropriately pack the returned items in the original box and use adequate packing material. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Tour Striker will not accept returns on items where the customer induced dings, chips, tire marks, deep scratches, unusual rusting or excessively bent shafts. Should we receive returns that are damaged as previously described, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the incomplete return.
All returned shipments must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the original invoice or packing list and the return authorization number. The Original Sales Receipt can be any Tour Striker receipt, shipping invoice or Internet screen printout, or an email printout from customer service with the return authorization number.
