5 Ball Progression for Better Connection

These little shots may not seem like they are the kind of thing that will help you hit the ball better. But it is helping you gain certainty in the way that you manage your body. Once you get the hang of hitting short shots you can build to longer distances and more speed.

Balls 1-3 – Rotate and relocate with one-arm short shots (trail arm only)
