Featured Coach of the Week – Christina Ricci
If you hit a lot of thin shots, it’s probably because your arms and body get out of sync at some point throughout your swing. To solve this problem, Christina Ricci uses the Smart Ball to stay in sync.
To do this, set up to the golf ball and hold the Smart Ball comfortably between your forearms. This will train your hands and arms to stay in front of your torso. Focus on keeping structure in your arms and using your pivot and rotation to move the club around you. As you practice, you’ll start to feel how the arms and body work together.
