The PlaneMate isn’t just helpful for longer shots, it can also give you the correct feelings for your short game. In his IGTV, Mike Maggs explains how he teaches his students to use their bodies instead of their hands for better chip shots.
A common mistake golfers make when it comes to chip shots is reaching for the ball. When you reach, your wrists have to do more work. The goal is to keep the club the same distance from your body all the way around. As you swing, the club face should stay open and finish towards your target.
