We love seeing all the PlaneMate hacks that golf coaches and players come up with. This tip is inspired by the “Sam Snead Squat.”
Wrap a PlaneMate band around the back of your legs and connecting it to an aimstick just above your knees. This will help you develop stable legs and improve the motion of your lower body.
During your backswing, your knees should turn about 45 degrees. Your hips will follow. In your downswing, stretch out the PlaneMate band as you squat a little bit to unweight your body and prepare yourself to push.
