Every rep you take with the PlaneMate is another opportunity to make the mind to body connection you need to improve your swing. You make this connection by working against the resistance in the bands to feel what you’re supposed to do.

Alex explains the 4 key moves that he uses the PlaneMate to feel.

  1. Structure at address
  2. Extension in the take-away
  3. Shallowing the club in transition
  4. Improving exit path

As you practice with the PlaneMate, use the 3 R’s to work through your swing. RESIST on the way up, RELAX in the transition, and ROTATE through.
