Staying connected throughout your golf swing can be a difficult concept to get the hang of. In his video, Brandon Cubitt of New Nine Golf shares how the Smart Ball taught him to stay connected and why it’s one of his favorite training aids.
The Smart Ball can tell you a lot about your golf swing. To get feedback from the Smart Ball in relationship to your swing, start out with quarter shots and slowly build up to full swings. Try to keep the ball in your arms throughout your swing.
If the ball slips from your arms, you know you’ve lost connectivity. As you practice remember that you’re teaching yourself to break bad habits by using the feedback the Smart Ball gives you. It can be challenging, but once you make the connection you’ll see major results.
