One of the best ways to improve this off-season is to create a workout plan. In his IGTV, Coach Jeff Ritter creates a plan for one of his students after discussing the areas of his game he needs to upgrade. The workout focuses on:
- How the feet connect to the ground
- The structure of the arms throughout the swing
- The posture of the body at finish
Once you identify the areas of your game you can improve on, create your own plan. The key is to stay consistent. As Jeff states in his video, “A small weekly investment yields big time rewards”!
